ICOM Australia AGM
Thanks to everyone who participated in last week’s AGM, either in person or via a proxy. A list of the new Executive team for 2012 is available on the ICOM Australia website at Executive Board.
We welcome Carolyn Forster, President of National Museum Australia Friends, to the Board, and farewell Jonathon Sweet whose contribution, particularly in relation to Blue Shield, will be greatly missed.

ICOM-ASPAC 2012 Assembly
The ICOM-ASPAC 2012 Assembly will take place in Wuhan city, Hubei Province, China from 24 to 27 September 2012. The general theme of the Assembly is 'Today’s museums: interdisciplinaryaApproaches'. ICOM-ASPAC 2012 will bring ICOM family members in Asia and the Pacific Region together to discuss how today’s museums are dealing with the issues of inter-disciplinarity.
