ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Thursday 6 May 2010, in the Theatre of the National Library of Australia, commencing at 5.15 pm ICOM Australia 2010 AGM papers can now be downloaded from the ICOM Australia website at http://icom.org.au/site/membersagm.php It is important that we have a quorum of members attending, either personally or by proxy, in order for the business of the meeting to be validly dealt with. If you are unable to attend, it would be helpful if you would give your proxy to a member who will be attending the meeting. Please download an Appointment of a Proxy form from th website, which will enable you to appoint either the Chairperson of the meeting or a member attending as your proxy. We would be grateful if those unable to attend would complete and return their proxy form prior to 5 May 2010 as an email attachment to me at Your quick response would be very much appreciated.
