URGENT NOTICEANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
This is to remind members of ICOM Australia that the Annual General Meeting of the Committee will be held on Thursday 6 May 2010, in the Theatre of the National Library of Australia, commencing at 5.15 pm. An Agenda for the AGM can be downloaded from the ICOM Australia website at http://icom.org.au/site/icomaustagm.php. Papers for the meeting will be circulated by E-Bulletin next week and hard copies will be available at the meeting. It is important that we have a quorum of members attending, either personally or by proxy, in order for the business of the meeting to be validly dealt with. If you are unable to attend, it would be helpful if you would give your proxy to a member who will be attending the meeting. Please download an Appointment of a Proxy form from th website at http://icom.org.au/site/icomaustagm.php, which will enable you to appoint either the Chairperson of the meeting or a member attending as your proxy.
