URGENT NOTICE
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
This is to remind members of ICOM Australia that the Annual General Meeting of the Committee will be held on Thursday 6 May 2010, in the Theatre of the National Library of Australia, commencing at 5.15 pm. An Agenda for the AGM is attached. Papers for the meeting will be circulated by E-Bulletin next week and hard copies will be available at the meeting. It is important that we have a quorum of members attending, either personally or by proxy, in order for the business of the meeting to be validly dealt with. If you are unable to attend, it would be helpful if you would give your proxy to a member who will be attending the meeting. Attached please find an Appointment of a Proxy form, which will enable you to appoint either the Chairperson of the meeting or a member attending as your proxy. We would be grateful if those unable to attend would complete and return their proxy form, either by mail to reach me at 244 La Perouse Street, Red Hill, ACT 2603 prior to 5 May 2010, or by scanning it and sending it as an email attachment to me at Your quick response would be very much appreciated.
